Known to many as simply “Mrs. Manzy,” our Founder & CEO Delmaris Manzanillo has spent decades standing on baseball fields, building lasting relationships with families and mentoring thousands of young athletes through “The Farm System”. A Magna Cum Laude graduate in Labor Law, her passion for service grew deeper through her 15 years in residential real estate. After celebrating countless victories with families receiving their new homes, she witnessed too many others walk away discouraged by credit obstacles, inspiring her mission to create access, opportunity, and hope where it is often missing.
For more than 15 years, Delmaris has been a fixture on baseball fields across South Florida alongside her husband, former MLB player Josias “Manzy” Manzanillo, helping lead The Farm System. Together, they have trained and mentored thousands of young athletes, building lasting relationships with the families behind them. These fields became more than just places for baseball; they became places of community, trust, and shared stories.
Her passion for service continues in her role as President of the Manza Foundation, where she works to support leagues and programs in need—creating access, opportunity, and hope where it’s often missing.
Professionally, Delmaris spent over 15 years in residential real estate, including five years specializing in new construction. She helped sell more than 700 homes, celebrating countless victories with families finally receiving their keys.
However, alongside those wins came heartbreak. Time and time again, she watched families walk away discouraged—not because they lacked work ethic or desire, but because their credit told a story that didn’t reflect who they truly were.
